What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and other skilled team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Support family-centered care through compassionate communication.
- Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery as needed.
- Foster a safe, family-friendly, and high-quality care environment.
- Contribute to clinical excellence and continuous improvement efforts.
What You Need
Required:- Valid North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license
- Neonatal or Level III NICU experience preferred
- Certification in Neonatal/Pediatric critical care is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:- Prior experience in a family-centered, innovative NICU environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
