What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU and newborn nursery
- Manage care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and diagnoses
- Support care from admission to discharge, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
- Contribute to a modern, state-of-the-art hospital environment
- Participate in structured shift schedules, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
What You Need
Required:- Valid Georgia RN License or the ability to obtain one
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (or current registration)
- Minimum of 1 year of neonatology or NICU experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:- Experience in a Level III NICU setting
- Ability to adapt to a busy, community-focused hospital environment
