What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU environment.
- Manage the care of critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses.
- Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management of newborns with complex medical needs.
- Participate in evidence-based clinical decision-making for neonatal patients.
- Engage in team-driven approaches to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a dynamic and expanding neonatal program.
What You Need
Required:- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal certification preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
Preferred:- Experience in neonatology or critical care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
