What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU environment.
  • Manage the care of critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses.
  • Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management of newborns with complex medical needs.
  • Participate in evidence-based clinical decision-making for neonatal patients.
  • Engage in team-driven approaches to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and expanding neonatal program.

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
  • Neonatal certification preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts

Preferred:
  • Experience in neonatology or critical care settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
