Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $200,000 $260,000 per year
- Pay package discussed upon application

What Youll Do
- Provide direct primary care services and maintain active clinical practice
- Serve as Medical Director overseeing a 50-provider multi-specialty outpatient primary care network
- Lead clinical oversight and develop standardized protocols across multiple sites
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes
- Mentor and support clinicians and care teams
- Collaborate with administrators on workflow, staffing, and operational improvements
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of primary care providers
- Oversee safety initiatives, risk management, and infection control adherence
- Contribute to strategic planning, financial management, and practice development
- Engage in educational activities, CME, case reviews, and performance assessments
What You Need
Required:- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure in Vermont
- CPR certification
- Clinical primary care experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Preferred:- Experience in multi-site outpatient care
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Commitment to community health and quality improvement
