Pay & Benefits
  • Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 per year
  • Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct primary care services and maintain active clinical practice
  • Serve as Medical Director overseeing a 50-provider multi-specialty outpatient primary care network
  • Lead clinical oversight and develop standardized protocols across multiple sites
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes
  • Mentor and support clinicians and care teams
  • Collaborate with administrators on workflow, staffing, and operational improvements
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of primary care providers
  • Oversee safety initiatives, risk management, and infection control adherence
  • Contribute to strategic planning, financial management, and practice development
  • Engage in educational activities, CME, case reviews, and performance assessments
What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Valid medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure in Vermont
  • CPR certification
  • Clinical primary care experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Preferred:
  • Experience in multi-site outpatient care
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Commitment to community health and quality improvement
