Pay & Benefits:- Salary Range: $200,000 $260,000 per year (based on experience)

What Youll Do:- Provide direct primary care services while engaging actively in clinical practice
- Lead a multi-site outpatient primary care group of 50 providers, providing clinical oversight and mentorship
- Develop and standardize clinical protocols aligned with evidence-based best practices
- spearhead quality improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes
- Collaborate with administrative teams to enhance workflows, staffing, and EHR systems
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of staff
- Lead safety and risk management programs, supporting infection control and public health efforts
- Contribute to financial planning, strategic growth, and development of population health strategies
What You Need:Required:- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Vermont medical license or eligible for licensure in Vermont
- Strong leadership skills and clinical expertise in outpatient primary care
- Ability to balance clinical care with administrative responsibilities
Preferred:- Prior experience in healthcare leadership or system management
- Familiarity with quality improvement and population health initiatives
