- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (not inclusive of benefits)

What You’ll Do
- Provide full-time clinical care, including office visits, surgical procedures, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital
- Lead and develop women’s health programs, focusing on strategic growth and quality improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurse-midwives and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster a high-performing team
- Participate in a 1:6 call rotation and contribute to hospital and system-wide initiatives
- Drive patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical excellence in women’s health services
- Utilize leadership skills to expand and enhance the OB/GYN service line in Cincinnati’s east side
What You Need
Required:- Ohio Medical License and board certification in OB/GYN
- Minimum of 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:- Previous leadership or program development experience
- Experience in a hospital-based setting with diverse patient population
