Quick Facts:- Location: Cincinnati, OH (Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital)
- Start Date: Negotiable
- End Date/Duration: Permanent position
- Shift: Monday - Friday, outpatient and hospital-based schedule with call rotation (1:6)
- Hours/Week: Full-time (approximately 40 hours)
- Employment Type: Full-time employed position
- Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified OB/GYN (must be active and in good standing)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical practice

What Youll Do:- Provide full-time clinical care including outpatient visits, surgeries, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, approximately 1,600 deliveries/year)
- Lead the strategic growth and development of the Womens Health program on Cincinnatis east side
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and university partners for quality improvement and program expansion
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster clinical excellence and teamwork
- Participate in administrative duties and leadership meetings
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment focused on high-quality care
What You Need:- Board Certified in OB/GYN (active certification required)
- At least 5 years of OB/GYN experience in a clinical setting
- Commitment to team-based care and leadership within a hospital environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
