What Youll Do:
- Lead clinical operations and oversee provider performance in a Level IIIB NICU with approximately 625 annual admissions
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Lead and participate in academic and teaching responsibilities for medical students, residents, and fellows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric surgery
- Implement advanced neonatal therapies such as high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy
- Foster clinical innovation and contribute to program development in neonatal services
- Mentor residents and support scholarly activities in partnership with academic institutions
What You Need:
Required:- MD/DO Board-Certified in Neonatology
- Valid medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
- At least 3+ years of neonatal clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
- Academic or teaching experience
- Familiarity with advanced neonatal therapies
