What You’ll Do:- Lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists, overseeing clinical operations
- Provide newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
- Manage 24/7 on-call duties via a round-and-go model from home
- Perform pediatric circumcisions and consult with Emergency Department for pediatric cases
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and fellow hospitalists to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
- Exchange best practices within Pediatrix’s large provider network
What You Need:- Current medical license in Ohio (or eligible to obtain)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pediatric hospital medicine or leadership roles
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and manage clinical teams
Preferred:- Experience in neonatal or NICU care
- Past leadership experience in a hospital setting
