    What You’ll Do:
    • Lead and oversee all medical operations within Correctional Health Services in Dallas
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-quality healthcare
    • Supervise medical staff, including physicians and advanced practice providers
    • Develop and enforce clinical protocols, quality assurance programs, and compliance policies
    • Manage relationships with correctional facility personnel, hospital partners, and community stakeholders
    • Drive performance improvement initiatives and staff education
    • Participate actively in budget planning and resource allocation
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
    • Promote patient-centered care with focus on vulnerable populations
    • Stay current on medical advancements and incorporate best practices into clinical protocols


    What You Need:
    • Required:
      • Board Certified in Medicine (MD/DO)
      • VMS Certification
      • Active Texas medical license
      • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in clinical leadership
      • Proven management and supervisory skills
      • Strong understanding of correctional healthcare policies and procedures
    • Preferred:
      • Experience in correctional or underserved healthcare settings
      • Spanish language proficiency
