    What You’ll Do
    • Lead the cardiac surgery program with a focus on excellence in adult cardiac procedures
    • Oversee clinical operations, quality initiatives, and performance metrics
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
    • Mentor and develop surgical staff and residents
    • Participate in academic activities, including resident education and research
    • Engage in strategic planning for program growth and innovation
    • Maintain compliance with hospital and health system policies
    What You Need
    • Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in adult cardiac surgery
    • Proven leadership and team management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to excellence in patient care and program development
