What Youll Do
- Evaluate and design comprehensive treatment plans for outpatient clients
- Provide therapies to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment goals
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and ongoing care
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
- Participate in continuous professional development activities
What You Need
Required:- Valid Arkansas Physical Therapy License
- CPR certification (ACLS and BLS preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
Preferred:- Experience in outpatient therapy
- Knowledge of manual techniques and rehabilitation specialties
