What You'll Do
- Assist providers with clinical procedures, including blood draws, injections, lab tests, and immunizations
- Support patient examinations and vital sign measurements
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies
- Communicate with patients regarding instructions and follow-up
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure a clean, organized environment and uphold patient confidentiality
What You Need
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate patient handling skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
