What Youll Do
- Perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, injections, immunizations, and lab tests within scope of practice
- Assist physicians during examinations, including vital signs and patient preparation
- Maintain a clean and stocked clinical environment
- Communicate with patients via phone and in-person, providing instructions as directed
- Support documentation and medical record maintenance
- Facilitate smooth patient flow in the clinic
- Support other clinical team members and perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
Required:- Valid CMA, LVN, or LPN license
- Ability to perform clinical support procedures
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion
Preferred:- Prior clinical support experience in a busy medical setting
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts
