What Youll Do- Manage patient flow and provide exceptional customer service in a busy clinic setting
- Assist providers with clinical tasks including rooming patients, immunizations, injections, and lab specimen collection
- Perform laboratory tests and assist with specimen processing
- Support front desk operations, including check-in and check-out
- Stock supplies and ensure clinic area is organized
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient care and workflow
- Perform additional delegated tasks as guided by supervising nurses or providers
What You Need- Certified Medical Assistant or LPN license
- Relevant experience in outpatient clinical settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care protocols
