What You’ll Do:

• Manage patient flow ensuring smooth clinic operations
• Assist providers with patient rooming, immunizations, injections, and specimen collection
• Support clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, laboratory testing, and specimen processing
• Provide excellent customer service at front desk, check-in, and check-out
• Help with supply management and stock replenishment
• Support patients with appointment coordination, phone communication, and follow-ups
• Perform other delegated duties as assigned by supervising clinicians

What You Need:

• Active Medical Assistant certification and basic life support (BLS) certification
• Previous clinical experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with attention to detail
