What Youll Do- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans
- Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored) to patients of all ages
- Monitor and manage anesthesia during procedures
- Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management
- Document anesthesia care accurately in patient records
- Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and staff
- Travel may be required to other outpatient sites as needed
What You Need- Active Michigan State RN and CRNA certification
- ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications required
- Prior anesthesia experience in outpatient settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
