- Travel to multiple ambulatory sites as needed
What Youll Do
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and create personalized anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgical teams
- Monitor patients during procedures, managing any anesthesia-related complications
- Provide postoperative pain management and recovery care
- Deliver anesthesia services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
- Manage airway and ventilation support throughout procedures
- Travel to various outpatient sites as required, supporting multiple case types including orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, and more
What You Need
- Required:
- Current Michigan RN license or ability to obtain one
- NBCRNA certification (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
- ACLS, BLS certifications
- Minimum 2+ years CRNA experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Preferred:
- Experience with a variety of surgical cases and patient ages
- Adaptive to travel across multiple sites
