Periodontist

Our Practice is located in beautiful Northern Utah, just a short commute north of Salt Lake City. It is a well-established practice and is the go-to practice for Implants and Connective Tissue Grafting with a strong referring base. The practice currently has 2 locations and 2 doctors who alternate between the offices.

We are seeking a periodontist with a quality mindset with a drive to be successful in the private practice arena. A team player mindset is also needed.

We are committed to helping our new associate be a successful member of our practice. We have a full-time practice relations director that will help our new doctor integrate into the referral relationships that we have built. There are 2 very experienced doctors in the practice that welcome the opportunity to mentor and be a resource for the new practitioner.

A guaranteed minimum salary is offered for year one – with the option to earn above and beyond that given collections earned.
