The Periodontal Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the periodontal department, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, efficient clinical and administrative workflows, and strong team performance. This role works closely with the periodontist(s), clinical team, front office staff, and practice leadership to support high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and practice growth.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and compassionate leader with strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced periodontal environment.
