We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled Lead Perinatal Sonographer to join our growing Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Position Summary
The Lead Perinatal Sonographer performs standard, specialty, and complex obstetric diagnostic sonographic examinations with a high level of expertise, producing superior-quality studies under a variety of conditions. This role is responsible for the operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment, performing high-risk obstetrical ultrasound studies, and supporting accurate image documentation for physician interpretation.
This individual will also provide leadership through orientation, training, mentorship, and feedback for sonography staff while supporting quality improvement initiatives aligned with Nemours Children's goals and standards of excellence.
