Perfusionist Lead

Partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the OR team, you’ll ensure safe, evidence-based care while mentoring colleagues and advancing best practices in alignment with SSM Health’s mission of compassionate service. You will operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass and related technologies, supervise perfusion staff, coordinate schedules, and support education and quality initiatives.

As a Perfusionist Lead at SSM Health, you will oversee perfusion services for complex cardiac and thoracic procedures within our faith-based, patient-centered environment.
