What You’ll Do

• Lead the customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle needs and repair options
• Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving
• Present service recommendations with confidence and professionalism
• Manage repair orders, timelines, estimates, and follow-up
• Learn and execute our proven customer-service and sales process
• Build trust with customers and help them make informed decisions
