About the role
Uber is seeking a highly strategic and technically sophisticated Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our Earner team within the Paid Search organization, who can lead a team of highly talented individuals and run initiatives across global markets. This role will be responsible for driving growth through advanced bidding strategies, large-scale experimentation, and continuous optimization across search platforms, while further developing and mentoring the team.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in paid search with strong analytical rigor, operational excellence, and a proven ability to independently lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and partnering cross-functionally to unlock incremental growth.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $159,000 per year - USD $177,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
