The Health Care Performance Marketing Analytics Manager will build and deliver the analytical engine that powers our performance marketing engine. You will be accountable for driving sales growth, profitability and talkability of the P&G Health Care portfolio. In this role you will gain practical hands-on experience with industry leading analytical tools and technologies. Your passion for Analytics and Insights will be nurtured by our culture of continuous learning and growth.

In this role, you will:

• Partner to create capability and systems that accelerate brand growth via performance marketing & TikTok Shop across Health Care brands
• Mine multiple sources of data, deriving impactful insights, and translating complex results or algorithms into simple conclusions that empower the business to act and win with consumers.
• Codify key performance metrics and tracking systems that deliver efficient growth via performance marketing.
• Foster a culture of data-based decision making - analyzing complex data sets to identify channel and consumer insights for brand growth
• Innovate, explore and test new content and conversions tactics within performance marketing channels - continuously optimizing to enable scaled impact

Job Qualifications

• Proven use of technology to add business value
• Adept at using Analytics technologies and tools for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions and actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to act
• Possess strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
• Proven capability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated passion for leveraging new digital, data, and AI capabilities to drive business growth and transform our ways of working

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 - $122,200

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
