Performance Improvement Specialist, Quality

We are currently seeking a dynamic Performance Improvement Specialist within the Quality Department who will oversee the daily management of quality performance and data reporting requirements for Astrana's accountable care organization (ACO) programs, specifically the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). The Performance Improvement Specialist will be responsible for both field and office activities, delivering ongoing support to our ACO providers. Responsibilities will include supporting ACO Participant Providers in quality measure education; quality outcome reporting readiness; electronic health record (EHR) documentation improvement; EHR system troubleshooting and/or vendor coordination; and quality outcome data submission assistance.
