Performance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in API testing to ensure our applications meet high standards of reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing tools (Load Runner), scripting, and in-depth knowledge of API testing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Testing:
   • Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for web and backend systems.
   • Create performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
   • Analyze performance test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
   • Identify and address bottlenecks in application performance.
2. API Testing:
   • Validate API functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
   • Develop and execute API Test Cases.
   • Conduct load and stress testing for APIs.
3. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with developers, PO's and DevOps teams to optimize system performance.
   • Participate in requirement gathering to understand performance criteria and benchmarks.
4. Monitoring & Reporting:
   • Monitor system performance during tests and identify deviations.
   • Generate comprehensive performance test reports, documenting results and areas for improvement.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
