Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI and performance testing to evaluate, optimize, and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of modern applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with JMeter, AppDynamics, and AI-assisted engineering tools, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native platforms, and application observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for enterprise applications.

• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, and BlazeMeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

• Apply Agentic AI and AI-powered engineering tools to enhance performance analysis, test automation, troubleshooting, and operational intelligence.

• Monitor and analyze application performance metrics across application, infrastructure, and database layers.

• Use AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana to monitor system health, identify performance issues, and perform root cause analysis.

• Analyze system architecture, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, databases, caching mechanisms, and messaging systems.

• Develop scripts and automation using Python, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell.

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and performance.

• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

• Prepare performance test reports, provide actionable recommendations, and communicate findings to technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8 10 years of experience in performance engineering, performance testing, or software quality engineering.

• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering tools for performance analysis, automation, and operational intelligence.

• Hands-on experience with JMeter and AppDynamics.

• Experience with k6 and/or BlazeMeter for performance testing and workload simulation.

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, databases, caching, and messaging systems.

• Experience analyzing performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and performing root cause analysis.

• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language: Python, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell.

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native platforms.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
