Responsible for performing routine sonographic exams in either an inpatient and/or outpatient setting in accordance with established protocols for positioning, image quality, and ALARA principles.
Utilizes a variety of specialized equipment to produce sonographic images, as well as computers and various software programs to enter patient-related information into hospital databases.
Contributes to the overall excellence of the department through commitment to personal excellence in technical and interpersonal skills.
