The Specialty Pharmacy Technician will effectively support the successful implementation and execution of all pharmacy programs and processes.
The Specialty Pharmacy Technician will provide support to the pharmacy staff to ensure applicable program processes and operational responsibilities are met.
Schedule Open 7 days per week per diem Weekdays 730am - 800pm PST. Weekends 800am - 7 00 pm PST Rotating holidays and weekends. The supervisor will determine the schedule.

Primary Responsibilities Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate information Contacting patients pharmacists and doctors offices to resolve claims issues Process prescriptions from intake to order completion Resolve customer issues ensuring accurate information is provided Consistently meet established productivity schedule adherence and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record Fulfillment of prescription orders Ability to interpret prescription orders and enter into the pharmacy system Answering the telephone utilizing appropriate etiquette Documenting interventions and tracking outcomes with Pharmacy team Other duties as assigned
