Overview:

The per diem Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, on-boarding, and
recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). The per diem
Recruiter is a team oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. They will be responsible for
consulting with hiring managers/area to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing
strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their
qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency based interviewing, monitor
requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process. The per diem Recruiter works with area
academic institutions and community organizations to form pipelines of candidates to fill current and
future positions. They help develop and implements strategies developed by the Recruiting Team to
make process improvements within the Recruiting Team. This position will require a two day per week in-office schedule. Locations are either Cambridge or Weymouth, MA.

 

This position may be eligible for a differential pay rate depending on assigned work hours, location, area, or division.

Responsibilities:


• Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and suitable solutions.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments, and makes recommendations for hire (or not hire).
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within assigned areas.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Assists in training and onboarding of new recruiters.
• Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Develops materials and gives presentations to highlight aspects of Vinfen to community partners.

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of full-time experience working in a high volume recruitment area conducting all
facets of recruitment. Experience recruiting for a variety of positions. Proficiency in all Microsoft
Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) and extensive experience using iCIMS is preferable. Experience conducting presentations, workshops, and/or training

Pay Range: USD $28.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.
