REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Active Radiologic Technologist certification/licensure as required
- ARRT certification preferred
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous diagnostic imaging experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to physician orders
- Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality images
- Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulations
- Verify patient identification and procedure information
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Assist in maintaining imaging equipment and supplies
