Hello,
We are urgently seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses to support day shift coverage, with a primary need for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, as well as some weekday coverage.
Shift:
- 7:00 AM start
- 12‑hour shifts
- Day shift
- Weekend gaps + select weekday needs
Setting Highlights:
- Level 1 Trauma Facility
- High‑acuity surgical environment
- Facility uses EPIC
✅ Required Qualifications (OR RN):
- Active RN license (Compact accepted)
- Minimum 3 years OR experience
- Level 1 Trauma experience required (minimum 2 years at a Level 1)
- BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA)
- Experience with the following case types:
- GYN
- Spine
- Hand
- Neuro
- Ortho
- Oncological Breast
- Microvascular
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrub experience highly preferred
- Ortho with Robotics experience highly preferred
Additional Details:
- Interview required (per Director)
- Orientation held on Mondays
- Must meet 3‑year minimum experience requirement with Level 1 Trauma background
Important Notes for Surgical Technologists (If Applicable):
- NBSTSA certification ONLY (no other certifications accepted)
- DORA registration required
- Application time: ~15–30 minutes
- Processing: several days to 1–2 weeks if all items are completed
- Costs:
- DORA registration: ~$85
- Background check & fingerprints: ~$40–$60 (varies by vendor)
- Renewal required annually
- Colorado requires Surgical Technologists to register with the state database but does not require national certification to register
