We are currently seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our per diem team!
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience within the last 3 years
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Commitment to working 4-6 shifts per month
Schedule & Availability
- Flexible per diem scheduling
- Block booking available up to 3 weeks in advance
- Opportunities for day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts based on facility needs
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
