- Base Rate: $66-$69/hour
- Overtime paid after 8 hours
- Estimated Earnings: $920-$950 per shift
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience
- Active RN license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity critical care environment
Required Clinical Experience
Candidates must have recent experience with:
- Recovery and management of fresh open-heart surgery patients
- Pulmonary artery lines (Swan-Ganz catheters)
- Open chest emergencies
- Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
- ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)
Additional Expectations
- May be required to float to appropriate units based on facility needs and demonstrated competency
