Anesthesia Technician Opportunities
We are seeking experienced Anesthesia Technicians to support anesthesia services in a fast-paced procedural environment. Qualified candidates must have strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment, department procedures, medication handling, and patient care support.
Position 1: Weekend Coverage
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, with the possibility of picking up 1-2 additional shifts Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Anesthesia Technician experience
- ASATT Certification required
- Experience managing and handling anesthesia-related medications
- Thorough knowledge of anesthesia equipment and department procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Assist anesthesia providers with procedure and room setup
- Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies
- Assemble procedure trays and ensure readiness for scheduled cases
- Manage and monitor anesthesia inventory and medications
- Troubleshoot and maintain anesthesia machines and equipment
- Support safe and efficient patient care throughout procedures
Position 2: Weekday Coverage
Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Anesthesia Technician experience
- ASATT Certification required
- Current BLS Certification required
- Experience managing and handling anesthesia-related medications
- Knowledge of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and departmental workflows
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with anesthesia setup and preparation for surgical and procedural cases
- Prepare and stock anesthesia carts, equipment, and supplies
- Assemble procedure trays and maintain case readiness
- Manage anesthesia-related medications in accordance with facility protocols
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain anesthesia equipment
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, nurses, and procedural teams to ensure efficient patient care
