    The Clinician provides assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support to individuals across residential, community-based, and supportive service settings. They complete screening, intake, and enrollment activities as required, including initial and ongoing assessments of strengths, needs, risk factors, and protective factors. The Clinician develops and implements comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning and evidence-based practices.

    Other Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with care coordination partners, healthcare providers, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure individuals receive comprehensive, integrated support.

    • Develop and maintain productive partnerships with community-based organizations and service providers to strengthen the agency's network of supports and resources.

    • Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate support groups, and lead treatment planning meetings with individuals served.

    • Provide clinical consultation, guidance, and training to members of the interdisciplinary team.

    • Participate in the on-call rotation and critical incident review process, including potential on-site response when needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Social Services field, required.

    • Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts or licensed eligible with the following criteria:

    • LCSW - must be licensed within 6 months of hire

    • LADCI - must be licensed within 1 year of hire

    • LMHC - must be licensed within 2 years of hire

    • Previous professional clinical work with experience in crisis intervention and residential work highly preferred.

    • Valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record, required.

    Open Sky is proud to have a competitive compensation model for clinicians. In addition to FREE CEU’s and PAID licensure, clinicians are compensated in a range based on current licensure and experience.


    Pay Range:

    $38.46-$43.26/Hr.
