Location: CMH Walk-In Clinic, Norwich, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Compensation: $77-$86/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care for walk-in patients of all ages with acute and episodic conditions.
- Collaborate with onsite staff and refer patients to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed.
- Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EPIC EMR.
- Monday through Friday hours and participation in Saturday rotation; clinic is closed Sundays.
Qualifications:
- Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in walk-in, urgent care, emergency, or family medicine required
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
