DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Establishes appropriate stock par levels and reorders based on economic order quantity theory for PCI/IR and Vascular
2. Assumes responsibility for the cleanliness of the storeroom
3. Develops a credible perpetual inventory system in conjunction with accounting and perform periodic inventory
4. Prepares periodic departmental supply reports
5. Supervises all computer entry and report request process
6. Prepares various other reports such as stock usages, and keeps records of all addition, changes and deletions to the Storeroom
7. Expedites return items to vendors
8. Follows through to the closing of every stock Purchase Order on a timely basis.
9. keeps Manager informed of current activities and major discrepancies with vendors, or hospitals departments

EDUCATION / EXPERICENCE:

1. High School Diploma
2. Excellent mathematical and analytical ability
3. Ability to read, write and speak English
4. Minimum two years’ experience
