    Job Title: Per Diem Family Medicine Physician

    Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care on a per diem basis. The physician will manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, deliver preventive care, and coordinate patient care across multiple settings. This role offers flexibility while maintaining continuity of care for patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
    • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
    • Deliver preventive care services, including immunizations, screenings, and health counseling.
    • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
    • Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
    • Educate patients and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
    • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
    • Valid medical license to practice in [State].
