About the Role:Liberty Nursing Agency is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-site occupational health, emergency care, and employee wellness services at a large corporate production facility in Monmouth County, NJ.
Responsibilities: Nursing assessments, injury evaluation and triage, first aid, emergency response, health screenings, vaccinations, IV hydration therapy, employee wellness education, return-to-work assessments, and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications: Active NJ RN license, minimum 3 years of nursing experience, current BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications required, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work independently. Emergency room, trauma, urgent care, occupational health, and IV therapy experience necessary.

- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visit travel
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient schedule
