PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Consultant

II. OBJECTIVE

PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Consultant to support TSS Single ID implementation

III. TYPICAL DELIVERABLES

This role will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to streamline employee data, improve system accuracy, and ensure a smooth transition to a unified identifier across PeopleSoft HCM.

" Provide documentation, end-user training, and go-live support
" Collaborate with technical teams on interface and integration updates
" Support data mapping, conversion, validation, and payroll testing
" Assess current processes and define future-state workflows for Single ID
" Lead functional design and configuration for PeopleSoft Payroll and related modules
Responsibilities

IV. REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

" Strong problem solving, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
" Solid business and functional understanding of FLSA rules and calculations
" Proficient in PeopleSoft Pay Group setup, PeopleSoft FLSA functionality, and its effects on payroll processing
" Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll processes, including earn codes, earnings programs, paysheet build, retro adjustments and multi period payroll processing
" Proficient in implementing PeopleSoft Single ID, including consolidating existing multiple employee IDs and understanding downstream payroll impacts
