Description

Immediate need for a talented PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Consultant. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Arlington, TX (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Key skills: - Peoplesoft, HCM , Payroll Administration
  • 15+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
  • Strong Techno-Functional background (technical side should be strong)
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
  • Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS/MSS, TAM/Recruiting
  • Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integrations, Data Conversion, Configuration, Fit-Gap Analysis, Testing (SIT/UAT), and Production Support
  • Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
  • Should be able to work independently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Prioritize candidates who have led implementations, upgrades, modernization, or enhancement projects and can start quickly.
