PeopleSoft HCM Developer
Summary
Our client is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise PeopleSoft HCM applications and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Development & Support - Build, configure, and maintain custom PeopleSoft solutions to keep business operations running smoothly.
- Integration & Troubleshooting - Optimize data integrations and troubleshoot complex issues, frequently focusing on modules related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Human Resources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work alongside business teams and IT staff to design high-impact system enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience including programming, designing new systems or enhancements.
- Experience supporting Payroll for the North America module.
- Recent experience with PeopleSoft On-Prem.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
- Core PeopleSoft expertise including PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and SQR.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting medium to large-scale enterprise environments.
Preferred
- PeopleSoft administration experience strongly preferred.
This is a 6-month Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
