Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Lead / Senior Developer to support and enhance PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement solutions for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical resource with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM modules, PeopleTools development, integrations, and production support. This role requires active participation in technical design, development, customization, troubleshooting, and system enhancements across the PeopleSoft Financials platform. This is not a Program Management role. The successful candidate will be expected to serve as a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
  • Provide technical leadership for enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production support activities.
  • Develop PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, and Integration Broker services.
  • Configure and support FSCM modules including Procurement, Purchasing, AP, AR, GL, Billing, and Project Costing.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, and solution reviews.
  • Create technical design specifications and development documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Support application upgrades, image updates, patches, and testing activities.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft FSCM development experience.
  • Strong technical expertise with PeopleCode.
  • Strong technical expertise with Application Engine.
  • Strong technical expertise with Component Interface.
  • Strong technical expertise with Integration Broker.
  • Strong technical expertise with Application Packages.
  • Strong technical expertise with SQL.
  • Deep understanding of PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement business processes.
  • Experience supporting General Ledger.
  • Experience supporting Accounts Payable.
  • Experience supporting Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience supporting Purchasing.
  • Experience supporting Procurement.
  • Experience supporting eProcurement.
  • Experience supporting Project Costing.
  • Experience supporting Billing.
  • Experience building and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PeopleTools 8.5x/8.6x experience.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
  • Experience with Fluid development.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise Financials implementations.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM implementations.
  • Oracle certification or PeopleSoft certification.
  • Experience leading development teams or providing technical mentorship.
