Peoplesoft Business Systems Analyst (HR)

Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft HRMS

Location: Saint Paul, MN 55101 (Hybrid - Remote with onsite presence as needed (1 day/week))

Duration: April 2026 – February 2028 | Full‑Time (40 hrs/week)

Role Overview:

Provided senior‑level functional and technical analysis support for PeopleSoft HRMS, partnering with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical development teams to ensure alignment between HR business processes and enterprise system functionality.

Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Gathered, analyzed, and documented business and system requirements for PeopleSoft HRMS, translating functional needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Supported system design, configuration, and testing efforts for HRMS modules, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Performed impact analysis for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades across PeopleSoft HRMS and integrated Financial modules.
• Led defect triage and resolution activities by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with technical teams through resolution.
• Developed and executed test plans and test scripts; supported System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validated data integrity and supported HRMS integrations and interfaces with downstream and upstream systems.
• Assisted with reporting and query development using PS Query and SQL to support HR operations, audits, and data requests.
• Maintained comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Collaborated effectively with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work environment, independently managing assigned work items and production support issues.
• Utilized ticketing systems to track enhancements, incidents, and production issues, providing clear and timely status updates to stakeholders.
