Responsibilities
As a People Systems Analyst, you will:
Act as the primary technical resource for day-to-day Workday HCM support
Ensure a seamless, standardized Workday experience for employees and managers across global offices, aligned with best practices
Lead the design and documentation of system enhancements, gaining alignment from key stakeholders
Diagnose system issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions, including ad hoc fixes
Oversee full lifecycle delivery of configurations including business processes, integrations, reporting, and new feature rollouts
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support testing, security configurations, and downstream system integrations
Manage ongoing system upkeep and support biannual Workday updates
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
Contribute to user training efforts, including documentation and system walkthroughs
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience; exposure to Talent, Learning, Absence, and Reporting strongly preferred
Experience supporting Workday in a global environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimizing workflows through system enhancements
Demonstrates sound judgment, high ethical standards, and discretion when handling sensitive data
Strong business acumen with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Proven ability to build relationships, navigate complex situations, and incorporate feedback effectively
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change and drive process improvements
