Role Descriptions:

8+ years of IBM PeopleSoft experience PeopleSoft HCM expertise HR-to-IAM integration experience Active Directory and Azure AD knowledge LDAP integration experience SQL and database troubleshooting XML| JSON| REST| SOAP APIs SFTP/File-based integrations Identity and Access Management concepts

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Analyze and manage PeopleSoft employee and contractor data feeds.

2.Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and: Active Directory (AD)Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)SailPoint / Saviynt / IAM platformsLDAP directoriesServiceNow and other downstream applications

3.Support identity lifecycle processes: JoinerMoverLeaver (JML)

4.Perform attribute mapping| data transformation| and identity correlation.

5.Support AD account provisioning| synchronization| and migration activities.

6.Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs| JDBC| SFTP| and batch integrations.

7.Work with HR| IAM| Infrastructure| and Application teams during merger activities.

8.Support user migration| directory synchronization| and identity governance requirements.

9.Document integration workflows| data mappings| and technical designs.

Generic Managerial Skills

Experience in dealing with customers directly and working in a global delivery model.

Negotiation Skills

Good Assertive Communication (Written & Oral)
