Review of such policies and procedures for updatesProvide advice and guidance to employees and management regarding performance management, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline issuesWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Post-secondary education in related human resources field or equivalent experience3+ years HR experience, with a focus on supporting employee and labor relations, recruitment/selection, and safetyStrong working knowledge of HR legislation and labor lawsBilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) is an assetExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisionsAbility to transition between task quickly and with focusHigh degree of attention to detailExperience working with ADP or similar HCM systemsAdvanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft OfficeAdvanced problem solving and analytical skills are essentialStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with minimum supervision and possess initiative to seek improvementsOUR WHY:We move people.
