You will partner closely with the site/organization P&O Business Partners to support the day-to-day execution of people strategies while managing and resolving employee relations matters, promoting positive employee experiences, and ensuring consistent application of P&O policies. You'll also collaborate across the P&O ecosystem, site leadership and legal primarily.
